Planet Fitness has three individual air-conditioned group fitness rooms running a wide variety of classes - from the world-renowned Les Mills Fitness classes through to our very own Planet Fitness Freestyle programs. There are weight training classes, aerobic workouts, circuit classes, indoor cycling and mind-body classes (including Yoga and Pilates) for you to choose from, and you can push yourself as hard or as easy as you like in each.

Class Descriptions
BODY PUMP: Is a revolutionary muscular endurance workout that strengthens and stimulates the growth of lean muscle mass. Suitable for beginners to advanced weight trainers.
BODY SCULPT: A basic low impact total body workout which is fun & easy to follow. Using hand weights and light resistance to tone & sculpt the body. Great for all levels of fitness.
PILATES: A floor class designed to build strength and improve mobility and control, focusing on the deep core muscles that support the spine. Pilates is an essential class for anyone who suffers lower back pain or that wants to improve their posture and flatten their stomach.
BODY BALANCE: The ultimate “mind-body” class combining Yoga, Tai-chi and Pilates to music. Body Balance is a stress release class that strengthens, tones and stretches the whole body leaving you feeling relaxed.
CRUNCH: A 15 minute abdominal and core stability workout. Great for all fitness levels.
CROSS TRAINER: Enjoy this high energy combination class which includes cardiovascular training and strength work. It’s a total body workout beneficial for all.
HI ENERGY: A high intensity cardiovascular class. Excellent for burning calories and increasing your fitness.
SUPER HI-ENERGY: A fabulous cardio and strength workout where you can push yourself to the limit
ACTIVE OVER 50’S: A fully supervised session incorporating movement to music, strength, stretching and abdominal work in a sociable environment.
STEP ATHLETIC: A free-style athletic step class utilizing complex choreography—great for the butt and thighs. Suitable for the intermediate to advanced exerciser.
BODY ATTACK: Is a cardiovascular interval training program that combines high intensity aerobics, strength and stabilization exercises.
Classes are high in motivation, provided by dynamic instructors and exciting music.
All participants can achieve their fitness goals by following the simple movements.
Body Attack is a rapid calorie burner that delivers fast improvement in general endurance and an increase in overall body strength.
