High Energy is a great way of burning calories and shaping the body. High Energy combines both aerobic moves with working out on pneumatic machines to build strength. Most classes runs for 45 minutes and are great for both beginners through to advanced participants.

After a warm-up, you'll work out with interval training on a wide variety of machines that focus on different muscle groups, and since they are pneumatic you can set the resistance to be as hard or as easy as you need.
Throughout the class, you'll also move into the centre of the room to join in on more aerobic moves in short, sharp intervals, aimed at raising the heart-rate and burning the calories.
By the end of each High Energy class, you'll feel tired yet invigorated - and you'll notice your fitness level rising every time you join in.
