As your fitness environment providers we strive to perfect a safe, energy filled place where everyone feels accepted and respected. We will evolve and educate ourselves to educate you.

As part of your commitment to yourself and other fellow members you accept that excess noise, bad language, shouting, dropping dumbbells or weights, damage of equipment or other destructive and antisocial behaviour is unacceptable. If you behave in a way that threatens the comfort, goals and achievements of yourself and others, then your membership may be CANCELLED.

We are here to maintain a friendly, safe environment for all members, so we'll only enforce these measures if you force us ... no one wants that, because after all our Planet wouldn't be the same without you!
