With four different fitness programs to choose from, Newcastle people are sure to find the best option for their fitness needs and budget at Planet Fitness. All of the programs listed below are available through the "Gympay" pay-as-you-go system deducted automatically from your bank account or credit card.

Total Shape Program
A tried and tested weight management program offering sensible low-fat eating plans combined with regular exercise and support. Your Personal Trainer will show you how easy it can be to achieve your new shape. Get results fast on the Total Shape Program.
As part of the Total Shape Program, you receive one session per week with a highly qualified Personal Trainer, and willl be encouraged to commit to a minimum three visits to Planet Fitness every week. Your trainer will ask you to eliminate toxins and get ready to shed those unwanted kilos with our Three Day Cleanse. You will receive 360 balanced eating plans to offer variety and guidance through your program.

Motivation Program
Receive an initial Personal Training session to set goals and have a program developed for you to follow on every visit. Your chosen Personal Trainer will meet with you for one hour once a month to revise your program and set new exercises to ensure you are achieveing your fitness goals.
As part of the Motivation program, you receive monthly sessions with a Personal Trainer of your choice. You are also welcome to purchase further sessions from the Planet Fitness reception if you feel you need them.

Introduction Program
If you have not been a member of Planet Fitness or if you are not familiar with the equipment and facilities and want to be shown what to do initially, the Introduction Program is perfect for you.

Fast Track Program
For the very experienced exerciser who requires no assistance, motivation or nutritional advice.
As part of the Fast Track Program, you are still welcome to choose your own Personal Trainer and purchase pre-paid sessions from reception.

Regardless of which program best suits your fitness needs and budget, once you are a member of Planet Fitness you are welcome to visit your gym seven days a week, participate in Group Fitness classes, workout on the cardio equipment, use the white toning stations or the free weights and larger pin loaded stations. We recommend you use the abdominal and stretch area at the end of your workout.
