About the Class
The original Les Mills barbell class. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. In this class your weight selection will determine the intensity. Therefore, as a beginner, you will be perfectly comfortable selecting a light weight to get started – a perfect introduction to weight training. For the more advanced participant a heavy weight selection will guarantee you higher intensity and a challenging workout.
