About the Class
This high intensity interval training session (HIIT) is predominately based around strength and body sculpting exercises. From lighter weights with high reps to heavier sets and low reps – no workout will ever be the same. Comparatively, the cardiovascular component is less than you would expect from the XTrainer class. At times incorporating basic step moves and expect a small dose of running. Burpees rarely but sometimes prescribed! Beginners to advanced all welcome.
