“I wasn’t sure what to expect from the “Feel Great in 8 Challenge” run by Mai. I hadn’t done any regular exercise for 10 years and have never been one to attended a gym. I was unfit, overweight and lacking confidence. All I knew was that I wanted to “Feel Great”.
What I found was that Mai was just the person I needed to get me back on track. Her classes were a welcoming and supportive environment. Our group members ranged in age, body shape and experience, yet Mai was effectively able to structure each class to ensure we were all being individually challenged.
Mai made working out an enjoyable experience for me again. The variety in her classes ensured I was never bored and I was surprised at how quickly I began to start feeling better. After a few weeks I started noticing the physical changes also. The weight started coming off and muscles started suddenly appearing.
I was motivated by the positive comments I was receiving from others and the continued support from Mai. She was willing to help in any way she could and was as dedicated to my cause as I was.
Now looking back at the end of the 8 weeks, I have certainly come a long way. Mai’s challenge definitely worked for me. I am exercising regularly, my diet has improved out of sight and I’m enjoying every moment of it. But most importantly to me, I feel great!
