Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?

Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
Yes! I wanted to lose weight and build fitness to look and feel good about myself.

Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
Yes! Though I will continue with my routine, but I will be working towards new goals.

What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
My perception was not having the time for gyms/fitness once you take that step and join you realise it’s definitely worth it.

What are your fitness goals for the future?
To be consistent. Maintain a healthy weight and diet.

Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Making lifestyle changes.

Do you have any sources of inspiration? If so, who/what are they?
No, I just wanted to be a better version of myself.

What advice do you have for those who are thinking of joining Planet Fitness?
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. At $4 a week there’s no excuse.

What is your weekly fitness regime?
I work out four days a week, I mix it up with cardio and weights depending on what I feel like that day.
