Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
No, only since joining Planet Fitness.
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
Yes, to lose weight.
Have you reached your goal or achieved what you set out to do?
Almost, I’m getting there and hope to achieve my goal weight by Christmas.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I was never phased about using a gym before – but I feel really comfortable at Planet Fitness and it gets me motivated to work out.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
I’d like a little bit more weight loss, toning and strengthening.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Muscle soreness and motivation.
Do you have sources of inspiration? If so what are they?
My “before” photos are my biggest inspiration as they show me how far I’ve come and that the hard work is worth it.
What advice do you have for those who are thinking of joining Planet Fitness?
Do it! The new equipment is amazing and the staff are always welcoming and helpful.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
Cardio and strength training 5 mornings a week.
