Meet Lambton’s More Than a Number, Eli!
Full time foodie.
Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
Yeh! I’ve done F45 and played basketball and netball.
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
Sounds cliché but to get bigger, build muscle, and lose body fat.
Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
Not yet. Every day I hope to be consistent, to improve on my technique, shred and grow. Goals will most likely always change.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I was so intimidated and felt like I didn’t fit in or belong. Now I’m so comfortable and really love it.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
Go on Insta and search the name Troy Thompson. That would be my goal, his physique.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
My biggest obstacle would be the fact that pizza and KFC don’t contribute towards fitness goals and both are my weakness.
Do you have any sources of inspiration? If so, who/what are they?
Jasper. His smile inspires me to fly to the moon and take over the fitness world one squat at a time.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
I work out six days a week, rotating through chest + arms, legs, whole body, core + back, and cardio.
“If you want to lift yourself up, lift up someone else.”
