Meet Charlestown’s latest More Than a Number, Enesa!
Full time employed.
Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
Throughout my upbringing I have played numerous sports in and out of school and always enjoyed being active. As a kid, I was always involved in activities and sports, that died down as I got older and my motivation declined. Now that I have gotten into a routine, my motivation has returned.
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
Yes, my goal was to improve my fitness as well as toning up and losing some body fat.
Have you reached your goal or achieved what you set out to do?
I’m not quite there yet but I’m well on my way.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
There is a stereotype that gyms are only for gym junkies, but that is absolutely not the case. Although now I have a strict routine of attending almost 4x per week.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
Just to continue on the path that I’m currently on and be consistent at it.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
The biggest obstacle I have had is trying to get rid of those stubborn areas.
Do you have sources of inspiration? If so what are they?
Seeing the results due to my hard work which continues to inspire and motivate me. Also my husband Steven, he continues to motivate me.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
Monday is leg day, Tuesday is arm day, Wednesday I like to do Shaye’s spinn class, and Saturday I do Lachie’s Body Pump class.
