Yes, I have played soccer for 11 years.
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
Yes, to gain strength and get fit for soccer.
Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
Yes, but still much more to achieve!
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I was never scared or nervous about joining the gym but I always thought it would be boring. When I joined I realised there is a lot more to do than just jogging on a treadmill. Fitness is a whole new lifestyle.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
To continue to live healthier and to continue to build muscle.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
AThe biggest obstacles have been eating healthier and making time each day to go to the gym.
Do you have sources of inspiration? If so what are they?

What advice do you have for those who are thinking of joining Planet Fitness?
Join and you will never look back.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
I do 5-6 days of weight training each week.
