Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
I’ve always enjoyed playing sport but since giving that away I attend Planet Fitness a few days a week. I’ve also taken up running and golf, although I’m bad at golf I love it.
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
Try and out train poor dietary decisions.
Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
The struggle is real!
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
Gyms are great, I’ve met some awesome people all with the same or similar goals of being fit and healthy.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
My fiancée and I are getting married in a year so it’s time to pull my finger out and train a little bit harder and eat a little less.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Newy Burger Co, and the love of food and drink.
Do you have sources of inspiration? If so what are they?
Yeah I do, all of those fitspiration peeps on Instagram.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
It’s gone a bit by the wayside lately having a new born baby. I try and do Monday, Wednesday and Thursday arvo classes, go for a run on Tuesdays and hit the driving range on Fridays.
