Yes, I’ve always played team sports.
What exercise have you done previously?
Cricket, soccer, gym.
Did you have a goal when you first joined?
Yes, to lose 15kg before Christmas starting February 2016.
Have you reached a goal or have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
Yes, and surpassed my goal! I’ve lost 39kg since February 2016.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
To maintain a healthy lifestyle and to keep in shape.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Clean eating and putting in effort.
Do you have sources if inspiration? If so, what are they?
My cousin recently beat cancer and he comes to the gym with me every time I go. If he can beat cancer and still train, I have no excuse.
