Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
To lose belly fat and gain some lean muscle.
Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
I have reached my body fat goal, now to gain some muscle.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
I didn’t really think too much about it, I was just focused on what I had to do.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
To maintain a healthy, fit body with some lean muscle.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Learning to eat properly so that I get the results I want was my biggest obstacle.
Do you have sources if inspiration? If so, what are they?
My coach for the last 8 weeks has pushed me into different eating, training, and has taught me how to maintain focus.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
Eat well, push myself hard and enjoy everyday.
