Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
Not always, i lost weight before my kids but since having my kids its become a big part of my life.
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
Yes, to lose weight.
Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
Definitely, so proud of how far i have come.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
Just lots of stuck up people and i wouldn’t fit in. I love coming to Planet Fitness, it’s so welcoming.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
To keep fit and healthy.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
To push myself to go to the gym on my own & motivation.
Do you have sources of inspiration? If so what are they?
My children and self happiness.
What advice do you have for those who are thinking of joining Planet Fitness?
Do it, it’s the start to a healthier lifestyle.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
I like to do cardio & abs 6-7 days a week.
