Status
Full time estimator!
Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
Occasionally, I try to fit it in with my busy schedule. I used to swim as it’s great for fitness. I’ve also played soccer!
What brought you to Planet Fitness?
Plenty of my mates were training here so I thought I would too! And I’m really happy I did. And what keeps me here? All the amazing staff at reception. Especially the SPLA! Backpack police and the Planet Superhero!!
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
Not really, I just wanted to keep meeting good people and exchange good experiences whilst getting fit.
Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
My goal is a continuous process, which I achieve every time I come to Planet Lambton. Shout out to SPLA!!
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
My perception was that gyms were monotonous and repetitive like exercising in an enclosure. Now I understand that there are millions of variations and differentiations in exercises and routines one can come up with.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
Same as before, I love people!
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Time management, diet and a knee injury. I have been carrying it for a while, mainly time though.
Do you have any sources of inspiration? If so, who/what are they?
The wisdom I get from my peers and elders, which give me the opportunity of becoming a better version of myself..
What is your weekly fitness regime?
Monday – chest or shoulders, Tuesday – legs, Wednesday – chest or shoulders, Thursday – back, Friday – whatever I feel like in the moment. The weekends are for me!
