Have you always been involved in fitness or exercise?
Yes, I’ve done netball, swimming, dancing, nippers, and touch football.
Did you have a goal when you first joined Planet Fitness?
Yes, to tone up, get a six pack and lose about 5kgs.
Have you achieved what you originally set out to do?
Nearly, still working on the six pack, probably even put a few kilos on.
What was your perception of gyms/health clubs before you joined? Has it changed after joining Planet Fitness?
Planet is definitely more chilled environment than previous gyms I’ve been to.
What are your fitness goals for the future?
To be healthy, fit and hopefully have a career in the industry.
Biggest obstacles you have had to overcome on your fitness journey?
Putting on weight you’ve lost is so frustrating.
Do you have sources if inspiration? If so, what are they?
I watch a lot of body building videos.
What is your weekly fitness regime?
Working out 1-2 hours a day, focusing on different muscle groups each day.
