Qualifications: Cert III in Fitness (AIF), Cert IV in Fitness and Personal Training (Fitnation Australia), Australian Track and Field Coach, Active Over 50’s, Freestyle Aerobics, Les Mills Body Pump, Body Attack & Body Balance, ABT, Certified Bootcamp instructor, Aussie Fit Kids, Spinn, Thump Boxing (Levels 1 & 2), Cross trainer, High Energy.

Specialisation: Weight loss, Strength, General Conditioning and run training.

Best Achievement: Having lost 40 kilos myself, I know the rewards that come from training. Falling in love with fitness really does change your life. I run ‘The Comrades’ (an 89 kilometre race in South Africa) every year and I’m well on the way to being one of the first Australian females to complete 10 (I have completed 6).
