Qualifications: University Qualified Exercise Scientist, Cert III & Cert IV in Fitness, ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach, FFA/AFC B Licence in Football Coaching and 8 years + experience in strength & conditioning of athletes.

About me: My life has revolved around professional sport and gym/rehabilitation environments most of my life. My sport is football where I have been lucky enough to play professionally in Australia (Sydney FC, Newcastle Jets and Western Sydney Wanderers) and Overseas (Belgium, Hong Kong). I have always been hungry for improving myself as an athlete and this naturally transcended into myself as a trainer and coach. The road I have travelled thus far has put me in contact with many interesting people, this has given me the insight as a trainer to adapt and understand the subtle differences in every client. The reason why I wake up motivated to train every morning is to connect with all my clients and embrace the time we have every session.

Specialisation: Sport Specific performance enhancement, rehabilitation programming for workplace aches and pains, general fat loss and hypertrophy (increasing muscle mass).
